Zultech Systems also offers one-year limited extended warranty. The limited warranty covering your system will be noted on your invoice. All new merchandise is covered under manafacturer's warranty.

A. Yes. We support products that were purchased from other manufactures or businesses. However warranties are not transferable.

A. Yes. We offer FREE DIAGNOSTICS on all Desktop/Laptop machines, PC or Mac. We unfortunately do not offer free diagnostics on LCD/Plasma TVs. A $65 dollar deposit is required upon take in of a LCD TV, and a $85 dollar deposit is required upon take in of a Plasma TV. All diagnostic Fees for televisions, however, is deducted from the final cost of repair.

A. Most users will purchase a new computer when their current computer is too old to upgrade or they don't want to spend more money on their current system. The best reason to purchase a new computer is because your current system is inadequate for your needs because it won't run the software you need it to run.

A. This depends on what you will be using the computer for most. Some users will purchase a computer strictly to play games on, others will edit videos, and some will just want to surf the web. Depending on your needs, Zultech Systems can sell or build a computer for you at a reasonable cost.

A. No matter what anti-virus software you have installed, always remember: No anti-virus program is 100% guaranteed to stop infections. Trust us, having one as opposed to NOT is crucial, but making sure the antivirus is 100% up to date is super important. Keep in mind too some Anti-virus software is better than others. We here at Zultech Systems recommend using ESET NOD32 Antivirus, or AVG Antivirus to protect your system from unwanted malware, spyware and trojans. A great on demand scanner and malware remover tool is Malware Bytes, but it does not offer Real time protection, only removal of current infections on a computer. A. When viruses are extracted using software, sometimes it leaves the OS (Operating System - Windows) damaged depending on the virus. This will cause the computer to STILL run poorly after the virus is removed. Not to mention theres always a chance for the program removing the virus to not extract all the harmful bits of code, and the virus could return. We address viruses by preforming what we call a Format & Data. First we extract all viable data from the machine. Pictures, documents, music, movies, emails, etc. Then once the data is pulled and on our Back up Server, we cleanse the data of all infections. This way nothing gets damaged and the process is thourogh. We then Reformat the computer back to factory state, reinstall all hardware drivers and basic software, then relocate all the removed data back on to the computer. You get your computer back, running as good as the day you got it, WITH all your data on it. The only thing we cannot back up unfortunately is programs. Due to the way that programs save on a computer (often in multiple folders across your hard drive and deep within the registry), we cannot back up programs. They need to be reinstalled via disc or installer. Much to the delight of Mac owners, most Mac software CAN be transferred. Speak to one of our Technicians to find out which software can and can't.
